Engineering Manager - Global E-Commerce Customer Business

Global E-commerce is a content e-commerce business with international short video product as the carrier. Global E-commerce business team hopes to provide users with more tailored and efficient consumption experience, enabling merchants to receive reliable platform services in different scenarios such as live E-commerce, short video content E-commerce, so as to make more affordable and high-quality products sell easily and a better life within reach.

Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for building an intuitive and reliable shopping experience, including browsing product details, check-out, shopping, return, refund, etc.
- Be responsible for Promotion and Campaign, building platforms and tools for merchants, clients, and business to manage campaigns, deliver best results, and receive actionable insights.
- Develop data insights capabilities for global e-commerce platforms, enabling users to extract actionable insights and intelligence from data to maximize their revenue potential and decision-making efficacy.
- Collaborate closely with product and data teams to evolve data-empowered capabilities in data visualization, operational analysis, intelligent diagnosis, product/strategy optimization, market intelligence, etc verticals.
- Drive continuous improvements to engineering excellence and efficiency, lead research & development into key areas of optimizations for backend systems and services, including data security, systems architecture, and computational efficiency & scalability.
- Drive and shape the growth of a highly effective product engineering team, provide professional and technical leadership to support the professional growth of individual team members.

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $198360 - $416100 annually.
