Quality Assurance Analyst – HealthCare - Medicaid
Need South Carolina Residents Only - Contract - Hybrid, Columbia South Carolina
Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in technical, business, healthcare or related field. 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance can substitute for formal education.
• 5 years translating business requirements or policy documentation into test cases and scenarios
• 5 years building test cases and scenarios into test systems
• 3 years deep knowledge of healthcare operations (preferably Medicaid), business processes
• 3 years direct hands-on experience with formal test design tools; proficient in use of manual or automated testing tools such as Azure DevOps or Atlassian JIRA and Confluence

Preferred Skills:

• Technical and/or Project Management certifications from recognized sources
• 5+ years of large enterprise or e-business systems experience.
• 3+ years of prior experience working in a standard SDLC (waterfall methodology) & in AGILE delivery
• Healthcare operations specifically Medicaid experience

Soft Skills & Abilities: 

• QA planning, test strategy, and test execution
• Analysis of Business and policy requirements
• Test case and test scenario development
• Manual and automated testing
• UI, regression, usability, negative, and reliability testing
• SDLC traceability (requirements to test cases)
• Defect tracking, triage, retesting, and resolution
• Azure DevOps, Atlassian JIRA, Confluence
• QA documentation, reporting, and governance compliance
