RANDALL Construction's Electrical Division is seeking is seeking experienced, strategic, and safety-driven Electrical Superintendents to lead field operations across commercial electrical construction projects throughout Orlando and Central Florida . The ideal candidate is a proven construction leader with extensive experience overseeing large-scale electrical projects, managing multiple field teams, driving productivity, and ensuring safe, high-quality project execution from preconstruction through closeout.
Position Summary:
The Electrical Superintendent is responsible for the overall leadership, planning, coordination, and execution of electrical field operations. This role oversees multiple Foremen, Lead Electricians, and field personnel while partnering closely with Project Managers, General Contractors, Owners, and other project stakeholders. The Electrical Superintendent is accountable for workforce planning, project safety, quality control, schedule performance, material coordination, and overall field productivity.
This position serves as the senior field leader for assigned projects and plays a critical role in delivering successful outcomes while developing future field leaders within the organization.
Essential Functions:
- Provide overall leadership and direction for electrical field operations on one or multiple commercial construction projects.
- Supervise and support Electrical Foremen, Lead Electricians, and field personnel to ensure successful project execution.
- Develop and manage workforce plans, manpower forecasts, and labor strategies to support project schedules and company objectives.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Operations leadership to establish project goals, milestones, and execution plans.
- Review project drawings, specifications, schedules, budgets, and contracts to ensure field execution aligns with project requirements.
- Lead project startup activities, site logistics planning, workforce mobilization, and construction sequencing efforts.
- Monitor project schedules and proactively identify risks, delays, conflicts, and resource constraints.
- Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and vendors across multiple projects and job sites.
- Conduct regular jobsite visits to evaluate safety, productivity, quality, housekeeping, and workforce performance.
