We are seeking a driven individual to assist our sales representatives in placing and managing insurance exposures with brokers and carriers. This role not only requires technical expertise but also thrives on excellent communication and negotiation skills to deliver exceptional service to our clients. Responsibilities:

• Collect, evaluate, and submit insurance exposures for new business, renewal business, and specialty lines.
• Collaborate and negotiate terms and pricing with underwriters and brokers.
• Communicate effectively with sales representatives and clients on policy and coverage concerns, such as losses, premiums, claims, and audits.
• Maintain accurate data in the management system and prepare required reports.
• Service accounts by handling renewals, policy changes, claims, endorsements, cancellations, certificates, and other related tasks.
• Provide expertise and serve as a resource for coverage, commissions, payment plans, and other agency operations.
• Obtain and maintain necessary licenses for performance in this role.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in customer service.
• A minimum of 2 years of insurance experience (preferred).
• Property and Casualty insurance license required.
• Strong negotiation skills with numerical aptitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Ability to prioritize multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with strong customer focus and decision-making abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to retain confidential information and quickly recall important details.

 Range is $67,900 - $82,900. Pay may vary depending on job-related factors and individual experience, skills, knowledge, etc. More information can be discussed with a with a member of the Recruiting team.
