We are now ready to scale our go-to-market team substantially and are seeking team members who are passionate about rapid growth, eager to learn, and excited to tackle the challenges ahead as we make this journey together.</p> <p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p>We are looking for a Power Electronics Test Engineer to join our Electronics Team. This role is the critical bridge between our Electronics, Test & Integration, and Manufacturing teams. You will own the testing, debugging, and validation of power conversion systems—from building test benches to diagnosing field failures.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Build and operate power electronics test benches</li> <li>Execute functional, performance, and stress testing on motor drives and power products (AC/DC, DC/AC, DC/DC)</li> <li>Perform lab measurements to validate design performance—voltage, current, power, efficiency, switching waveforms, thermal, and EMI</li> <li>Support Manufacturing and Test & Integration teams with hardware troubleshooting</li> <li>Diagnose failed field equipment and conduct root cause analysis</li> <li>Create and execute test plans and procedures</li> <li>Document results, failures, and corrective actions</li> <li>Maintain lab equipment and ensure safe testing practices</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in El
