About the role

Collectors’ mission is to help collectors pursue their passion and we are the leading provider of value-added services to the collectibles markets. Every quarter we grade, authenticate, and sell millions of high-value, record-setting collectibles. We have broken past records, and we’re going to set future records, but we know that none of this is possible without the talented engineering experts and architects we’ve attracted to lead our teams. Which new records will you help to set?

Our services span collectible sports cards, trading cards games (TCG), video games, coins, event tickets, autographs, and memorabilia through our subsidiaries, which include Professional Sports Authenticators (PSA), Professional Coin Grading Services (PCGS), Wata, Certified Coin Exchange (CCE), Collectors Corner, Set Registry, Collectors.com, and the Long Beach Expo collectibles trade show. Since our founding in 1986, we have graded and authenticated more than 80 million items. We employ over 1,700 people across our Santa Ana, CA headquarters, New Jersey, Seattle, Hong Kong, Paris, Shanghai and Tokyo.

Product and Design: Our Product and Design teams are helping to create a seamless user experience across various platforms to provide the most trusted services and delightful experiences for grading, protecting, managing, buying, selling, and sharing collectibles. Our grading operation processes millions of collectibles a year and serves as a research hub for collectors across collectible categories. By leading the standards in the collectibles industry, we have earned customer trust that we can leverage across our expanding product offerings such as Vault,

Team Overview:

We are building world class, cutting edge experiences for collectors of all levels of experience. We want to help all collectors pursue their passion—from identifying cards to building a collection to verifying a cert and knowing how much it's worth, and so much more—we have so many exciting things to deliver.

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager  who is practical, ambitious, and empathetic. We value people who can quickly obtain a deep understanding of new domains, and who can be scrappy and innovative in approaching program planning, milestone setting, and driving toward optimal outcomes. You’ll work from our Santa Ana or Jersey City office. Remote or hybrid candidates will also be considered. We believe that there is significant value in in-person collaboration. If you live within a 1 hour commuting distance to one of our offices, you will be required to be onsite most of the time. This will be discussed further as part of the recruiting process.

What You’ll Do:

  • Focus on the most mission critical, high priority initiatives with a focus on business and technology objectives
  • Provide best-in-class communications about project inception, milestones, and deliverables to stakeholders

  • Combine superior communication skills with the analytical horsepower to break down complex, ambiguous problems and possess a strong will to be resourceful and get stuff done
  • Solve problems with a focus on automation and process improvement, creating efficiencies as you work
  • Contribute to the strategic roadmap prioritization processes with key stakeholders and deliver success management with multiple stakeholders
  • Support our developer operations environment so we can continue to create new businesses and migrate existing ones, scaling our businesses across the globe to new heights
