International Sales Operations Intern

The International Sales Operations team is seeking an intern who wants to gain knowledge and experience working in a global marketing team. In their role, the International Sales Operations intern will help to define processes, process sales requests, and send out communications to the International Sales Operations team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The International Sales Operations Intern’s primary job responsibilities will include:

• Defining and documenting team processes
• Handling sales requests that come in
• Sending out communications to the team related to activities and events, such as trade shows or organizational updates
• Collaborate on various projects across the International team as needed
• Using Jira and Salesforce for various tasks and projects

QUALIFICATIONS

• Pursuing or recently attained a bachelor’s degree in Business, International Business, or related field.
• Ideal candidates will have strong communication and writing skills, an analytical mindset, and creativity.
• Ability to identify trends, break down data, and find key insights.
• Microsoft Office proficiency for day-to-day tasks
• Must be able to learn quickly and possess strong observational skills. International team members are expected to interface with a wide variety of cultures and personality types.
• Bilingual candidates preferred.
