Project Manager C-7 or C-10 Licensed

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a C-7 (Low Voltage) or C-10 (Electrical) license to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects. This role involves managing teams, coordinating with clients, ensuring compliance with regulations, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage electrical or low-voltage installation projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure compliance with California state regulations, safety standards, and project specifications.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and timelines while maintaining cost control.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality assurance for all installations.
• Manage permits, inspections, and documentation for compliance.
• Lead and supervise project teams, subcontractors, and field technicians.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any project-related issues promptly.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must hold an active C-7 (Low Voltage) or C-10 (Electrical) license in California.
• Minimum [10] years of project management experience in electrical or low-voltage industries.
• Strong knowledge of NEC codes, California building codes, and safety regulations.
• Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar).
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid California driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP Certification or equivalent project management training.
• OSHA 30 Certification.
• Experience in security systems, fire alarm installations, or structured cabling is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $43.84 - $49.03 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
