Service Advisor in Training

We are looking for a motivated candidate interested in developing into a Service Advisor role through training. After training, recommending services to customers and selling repairs will be the next step. This role will turn into an advisor position once the candidate gets acquainted with the system. This is an entry level sales position

What you will learn:

• Meeting and greeting customers
• Managing technician workflow
• Recommending services to customers
• Ordering parts and inventory
• Keeping customers updated on the status of their vehicles' repairs
• Managing and tracking lead counts as well as customer satisfaction ratings
• Generating and closing sales
