Position Summary

Senior Financial Analyst

Versiti’s Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team plays a critical role in guiding the organization’s financial health and long‑term growth. We’re looking for a Senior Financial Analyst who is energized by solving complex problems, building financial models, and partnering with leaders to drive smart, mission‑aligned decisions.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for assigned service lines

  • Build financial models, pro formas, and business cases that support operational and strategic decisions

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executives and leaders, providing insights that guide both day‑to‑day operations and long‑term planning

  • Become a subject‑matter expert in your service lines — understanding products, customers, processes, and financial drivers

  • Support Corporate Development with modeling, due diligence, and M&A pipeline analysis

  • Identify trends, create KPIs, and recommend improvements that enhance performance and financial outcomes

  • Strengthen business case processes, ROI tools, and reporting mechanisms

  • Educate leaders on financial concepts and drivers impacting results

  • Lead or support process improvements across Finance, including system enhancements and best‑practice development

  • Contribute to financial system upgrades, reporting improvements, and troubleshooting

  • Collaborate across Finance and provide backup support to other analysts as needed

  • Help elevate financial literacy across the organization

 

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (required)

  • MBA or Master’s degree (preferred)

  • 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, financial operations, or related field

  • Strong analytical, modeling, and problem‑solving skills

  • Ability to communicate financial information clearly and confidently

  • Experience with financial systems (Oracle Cloud ERP preferred)

  • Experience in healthcare or manufacturing (preferred)

  • Project management experience (preferred)

  • Strong presentation, collaboration, and customer‑service skills

  • Ability to work decisively across all levels of the organization

  • Commitment to supporting a mission‑driven organization
