Our 99,600 employees operate a network of 2,600 offices and laboratories around the world.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>The Global Product Manager is responsible for the Business Assurance Services related to the Automotive sector within the Mobility Segment.  </p><p>The main responsibilities and purpose of this role are :</p><ul><li>Hold overall responsibility for the successful management of key Automotive Assurance products (including audit, certification, training, and consulting), ensuring they are market-aligned, effectively designed and delivered, and meet the expectations of SGS Affiliates, customers, and scheme owners.</li></ul><p><em>Main products currently in scope: IATF 16949, TISAX, ISO/SAE 21434, and VCS</em>.</p><ul><li>Provide commercial strategy and guidance to Affiliates to support product growth in key countries and regions.</li><li>Identify emerging trends and opportunities for future products or solution offerings, and coordinate overall go-to-market strategy with SGS Affiliates</li></ul><p> </p><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>PROFILE</strong></p><ul><li>Commercial and operational leader, ideally with a successful track record in the TIC or automotive sector</li><li>Experience in managing global service delivery and driving product growth in a matrixed environment</li><li>Background in business assurance, certification, or related services</li><li>University degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, business, or quality management)</li><li>Fluent in English</li></ul><p><strong>REQUIRED SKILLS</strong></p><ul><li>Strong business and strategic mindset with demonstrated success in product growth and market development.</li><li>Excellent project and operational management capabilities, with the ability to optimize complex service delivery processes.</li><li>Solid understanding of business planning, forecasting, and performance analysis.</li><li>Effective communicator and presenter, able to articulate commercial and operational plans clearly across functions.</li><li>Strong organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.</li><li>Strong collaboration and influencing skills across diverse (international) teams.</li><li>Results-driven with a focus on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.</li><li>Change management experience.</li><li>People Management experience</li><li>Familiarity with certification/accreditation schemes (IATF, TISAX, ISO) is a plus but not essential -strong internal support exists</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>Remote work </p>
