The Sr Implementation Specialist fulfills a service provider role to the team by completing all functionality of an initial setup and future changes of a dealer’s product and/or rate portfolio to ensure customer expectations are met. 

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Processes transactions. Processes transactions as defined by the manager of the work area to assist in meeting overall team productivity goals.  Processing may include high profile, complex transactions as well as routine, daily & project transactions. 
  • Perform quality control review. This applies to setup requests, dealer changes, form implementation, business rule table updates, and product/rate enhancements.
  • Applies deep process knowledge to answer daily questions from team members.  Understands all work unit processes and systems at an expert level.  Has a thorough understanding of how workflows through the unit and connects with other units.  Answers questions daily from team members to facilitate the workflow and processing of transactions.  Has deep institutional knowledge and can apply that knowledge in reviewing and anticipating workflow and customer impact.  Applies process and institutional knowledge in interactions with other departments and outside entities.
  • Supports various levels of management.  Meets routinely and pro-actively with managers.  Is supportive and connected to management activities and decision making.  Reports issues and/or trends that become evident to managers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 3 or more years of relevant experience
  • Solid working knowledge of key APD products and contract process flows
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, SharePoint, MS Teams, and Outlook
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong aptitude to problem-solve and analyze data
  • Strong written and verbal communication sills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • This is a full-time in office position with option for hybrid when proficient with duties job entails.
Protective’s targeted salary range for this position is $39,000-$54,745 annual. Actual salaries may vary depending on factors, including but not limited to, job location, skills, and experience. The range listed is just one component of Protective’s total compensation package for employees. This position also offers additional incentive opportunities through an annual incentive based on individual and Company performance.
This role will start full time in office with an option for hybrid when proficient with duties position entails.
