About the role

Evening Manager – Private Executive Inn
Schedule: Full-time | 5-day workweek | Evening & Weekend Availability Required

This private executive inn delivers an extraordinary level of personalized, discreet hospitality. We are seeking an Evening Manager to lead evening operations and guest care — someone who brings poise, precision, and warmth to the twilight hours.

This role blends the attention to detail of a houseman, the elegance of a butler, and the intuition of a seasoned host. You’ll ensure every guest experience — from evening arrival through turndown — reflects the calm, tailored service that defines our standard.

Key Responsibilities

Evening Guest Experience & Hospitality Oversight

  • Serve as the point person for all guest needs and service from early evening through morning handoff
  • Lead nightly turndown service, including ambient room preparation and nightly amenity delivery
  • Prepare and serve evening beverages and light refreshments with care and polish
  • Maintain a peaceful, orderly atmosphere throughout all shared guest areas

Household Operations & Back-of-House Support

  • Manage laundry, linen care, and wardrobe services for guests and residence
  • Confirm, coordinate, and track dry cleaning and external service deliveries
  • Enter and update guest preferences in MEWS to ensure personalized experiences
  • Support the next day’s readiness: room prep, kitchen assist, guest notes, and keycard programming

Communication & Team Collaboration

  • Maintain a clear handoff process between daytime and overnight teams
  • Document guest interactions, preferences, and notable moments
  • Assist with scheduling, light administrative tasks, and guest communications when needed

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in private homes, luxury hotels, or high-touch hospitality
  • Strong skills in laundry care, garment pressing, and light food & beverage service
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of discretion
  • Comfortable working independently while remaining connected to a collaborative team
  • Warm, calm demeanor with excellent communication skills
  • Familiarity with hospitality systems, especially MEWS, is a plus

Preferred Attributes

  • Background in formal service, butler training, or estate management
  • Culinary or mixology experience
  • A natural host who finds joy in anticipating needs and exceeding expectations
