Responsibilities:

Main responsibilities:

• Market analysis & benchmark studies to identify potential EV customers / segments.
• Coordinate / drive proactive customer activities in cooperation with Sales on EV applications with the target to acquire new business opportunities.
• Establish and maintain close relationship with NVH and Engineering Departments at Key EV customers ensuring effective communication with Customer.
• Lead initial development of new products / solutions for EV applications
• Support ID- and Product Line Heads with EV strategy development
• Support the Deployment of EV solutions know how to NA (training, sharing, support in projects).
• KPI’s (tracking, decide on actions and report this to Global Head).
• Define and actively monitor project budgets.
• Initiate innovation needs, prioritize projects, support projects.
• Escalate issues to upper Management when determined necessary.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s of Science in Engineering / Technical Field or equivalent.
• 10+ years or Automotive experience.
• Knowledge about Customer Acquisition, Project Management as well as as about Product development necessary.
• Analytical thinking, strong communication and presentation skills across cultures.
• Leadership Skills.
