Financial Services Office Consulting - Transformation Execution - Strategic Transformation (Senior) (Multiple Positions) (1528958), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Tysons (McLean), VA. 

 

As part of a team, advise clients on reshaping and transforming their businesses by defining their business transformation vision, strategy, and roadmap, with supporting business case. Perform analytical tasks for existing platforms, tools, and processes in the client’s current operating model, and help identify innovative, implementable solutions as appropriate based on the business needs. Work collaboratively to analyze client operating models, helping to identify gaps and recommendations for future improvement. Support business and stakeholder needs by designing and engineering solutions, including business intelligence or data visualization options with graphical and analytical components. Conceptualize the components of a problem to aid in the analysis and definition of solutions. Take primary responsibility for gathering and communicating program level status against defined initiatives and priorities. Support the identification and tracking of program level transformation performance metrics. 
 
Provide technical guidance and share knowledge with team members with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services focusing on more complex, judgmental and/or specialized issues. Demonstrate technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Learn about EY and its service lines and actively assess and present ways to apply knowledge and services.

 

Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40-45 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm. 

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

 

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, Risk Management or a related field and 2 years of related work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, Risk Management or a related field and 1 year of related work experience.  

Must have 1 year of professional services client facing consulting experience. 

 

Must have 1 year of experience in one or a combination of the following: business strategy, transformation, organizational design and/or other related business management. 

 

Must have 1 year of experience in one or a combination of the following: in the financial services industry and/or working as an advisor to financial services company.  

 

Must have 1 year of experience leading transformative programs for multinational companies involving multi-workstreams, utilizing program management methodologies.  

 

Must have 1 year of experience in creating points of view on relevant industry trends, solutions, methodologies, and analytical frameworks and tools.  

 

Must have 1 year of experience in a combination involving at least 3 of the following:  
- Strategy & Operating Model Development 
- Governance 
- Portfolio Optimization 
- Strategic Planning 
- IT/Business Process Management 
- Business and IT Alignment 
- Transformation / Program Management 
- Organizational Change Management 
- Enterprise Data Management 
- Delivery Management 
- Risk Management  

 

Travel required up to 60%, of which 10% may be international, to serve client needs.
