Smith Ranch Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation, San Rafael Rate $26.50-32.00 DOE AM Shift available Gas Stipend available based on distance & Bridge toll reimbursement! 1-14 miles = $50 per paycheck / 15- 25 miles = $100 per paycheck / 26+ miles = $200 per paycheck Smith Ranch Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation, a Generations Healthcare facility, has opportunities for CA, Certified Nursing Assistants. CA, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
