LPN/CMA | Medical Oncology | Coborn Cancer Center

Under the direction of the Registered Nurse, utilizes nursing process in providing direct and indirect care of patients to meet their physical, educational, psychosocial and spiritual needs in Chemo Infusion & the Oncology Clinic. Scope of practice includes awareness of care of person across life span. Patients of all ages served. 

Schedule:

• Full Time | 72 hours every 2 weeks. 
• Days | Monday-Friday 7am-4:30pm | 9-hour shifts
• No weekends or holidays!

Pay and Benefits:

• LPN starting pay begins at $21.85 per hour and increases with experience
  • Pay range: $21.85 - $32.76 per hour
  • $2,500 hiring bonus! 
• CMA starting pay begins at $20.41 per hour and increases with experience
  • Pay range: $20.20 - $30.30 per hour
  • $2,000 hiring bonus!
• $5,000 relocation bonus

Qualifications:

Licensed Practical Nurse

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Minnesota required.

Certified Medical Assistant

• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program. 
• Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification through AAMA 

Additional Qualifications:

• Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required per established policy.
• Ability to understand patients’ medical records, physician orders and medication orders to be communicated to the patient and staff.

To be eligible for Relocation Assistance, you must accept a position that offers benefits and may not have worked for CentraCare in the last nine months. Must currently reside more than 50 miles away from primary work location and relocate to within 30 miles within 120 days. Paid out less taxes.
