This role is part of Parametric's hybrid working model, which includes working in the office 3 days a week and choosing to work remotely or in the office the remaining days of the week.

ABOUT THE TEAM
The Client Relations Group (CRG) at Parametric builds meaningful relationships with clients by closely collaborating with sales teams and internal partners to deliver exceptional client service for accounts and client activities. CRG is comprised of teams and functions including Client Service (client relationship building and service), Client Experience (special client service initiates to support the client experience), Contract Management (manage contract lifecycle and record retention), and Client Operations (account maintenance, client instructions, billing solutions).

ABOUT THE ROLE
As part of the Billing Solutions team, the Operations Senior Associate is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate completion of responsibilities set out below. Creating a Follow the Sun model between locations will require close collaboration and clear hand-offs to ensure service and operations excellence. Work closely on a set list of standard and ad hoc tasks that need to be performed during non-US market hours, and then provide a status report at local end of day. This role may continue to take on additional responsibilities over time, as opportunities and benefits are identified.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform complete and accurate billing‑related production tasks, including new account reviews, modified account reviews, and terminated account reviews
  • Serve as a point of contact for billing‑related inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses to internal partners and clients
  • Support billing audits by gathering documentation, validating data, and responding to audit requests
  • Execute standardized billing methodologies and ensure consistent application across accounts
  • Identify data discrepancies, investigate root causes, and resolve issues in accordance with established procedures
  • Support system and process execution related to client data changes and account maintenance requests
  • Coordinate responses to client and internal requests by working with cross‑functional teams to obtain accurate account information
  • Follow established policies and procedures to mitigate operational and regulatory risk
  • Assist with coverage during team absences and participate in cross‑training to ensure business continuity
  • Contribute to process improvement efforts by identifying inefficiencies and recommending enhancements
  • Participate in team projects and initiatives as needed to support operational objectives

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelors (4 year) degree with concentration in finance or accounting preferred
  • 5+ years previous work experience in the financial services industry
  • Familiarity with investment management agreements (IMA) and other contracts preferred
  • High attention to detail with the ability to multi-task under tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills
  • Ability to manage through change
  • Excellent communication skills - in writing/oral with internal/external partners
  • Thorough knowledge of MS Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong ability to learn new applications
  • Exhibits clear project management skills; managing deadlines, keeping stakeholders informed, anticipating roadblocks, preparing back-up plans, etc.
  • Willingness to work in fast-paced environment with hourly deadlines with attention to detail
  • Flexible, willing, and able to work long hours as needed
