Business Process Management and Automation Lead
Bring your process design experience and your knowledge in continuous improvement projects as well as your experience in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies to impact change in our Customer Services, Process areas of Order Management, Service Execution, and Service Operations.
Your role:
Oversee the business processes for all identified departments and functional areas while partnering with Finance, Marketing, Sales, IT, and Operations to streamline business processes and improve employee productivity.
Analyze inefficiencies in existing processes and recommend specific changes to effect improved efficiencies. Create workflow diagrams, processes, and procedure models.
Provide documentation, training material, and training of staff on new policies, processes, and procedures and ensure existing and newly developed tools are adequately documented and users are appropriately trained.
Identify and assess future changes or process improvements to the automated reporting landscape. Partner with IT to resolve system issues, roll out new functionalities/capabilities, and define new system requirements.
You're the right fit if:
You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience in in sales, finance, or customer service environment and a Subject Matter Expert in SAP, SFDC, or relevant system.
Your skills include experience with Apttus to support the Supply Chain Management teams and experience with SAP and Salesforce configuration/maintenance, as well as experience troubleshooting issues.
You have experience working with Supply Chain Management or Service Operations in an environment where customer support, technical support, service administrative, or on-site activities are executed by the business and/or market.
You’ve demonstrated advanced analytical and conceptual skills with the ability to analyze complex problems, interpret operational needs, and develop integrated, creative solutions. Continuous improvement and Lean experience or certifications (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma) is highly preferred.
You have a Bachelor's Degree in information systems or equivalent experience.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay target for this position is $85,000 - $95,000 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus may be offered.
