Responsibilities:
Shared responsibility for the P&L, working capital, and liquidity management of the plant and the respective reporting.
Preparation of the operative planning and simulations with a holistic view on all aspects of the P&L, balance sheet, and liquidity.
Identifying improvement areas to increase efficiencies in the production and their administration, and drives change processes.
Responsible for up to date data in all relevant systems especially for costing, pricing, inventory, and asset movement.
Ensures compliant authorizations and processes in all functions of the plant.
Holder of the local power of attorney.
First contact for reporting requirements, ad-hoc requests, and compliance topics.
Implementation of all changes in corporate standards and procedures and supports in local and corporate projects.
Plans, prepares, and revises (PPA) all investment calculations and capital expenditure requests.
Handling of authorities, statutory reporting, audits, legal- and insurance-cases.
This role directly reports to the Plant Director N.A. (functional report to the Director of Finance & Controlling Global Product Supply), and manages the Production Controller U.S.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance/Accounting/Controlling required.
More than 7 years of operative business controlling in a production site. Global knowledge preferred.
Expert level in SAP (or relevant ERP) and MS office software.
Experienced in calculations, costing, process modelling, and identifying implications of decisions on various KPIs.
Deep knowledge of business and financial processes.
Broad knowledge of financial and controlling implications on operational and strategic business decisions.
Management/leadership experience.
Ability to travel ~10%.
