Warehouse Technician

The Warehouse Technician position is responsible for accurately receiving shipments, picking orders, shipping paint and paint related products to our Sherwin-Williams customers, and other duties as assigned. 1st Shift: Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm

This position is also eligible for bonus based on performance and subject to the terms of the Company’s applicable plans.

Job duties include contact with other employees, operating heavy machinery, and access to proprietary information, raw materials, finished merchandise, and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. • Picking and shipping accurate/quality products to our customers in a timely efficient manner.
• Case picking must maintain at least one category on productivity levels currently uptime. 5.5 hours in case picking.
• All orders picked must be 100% accurate and in quality condition.
• Participation towards completion of other related tasks and duties as directed or needed

Minimum Requirements: 

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age 
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future 

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least One (1) year of experience working as a picker or packer in a warehouse and/or distribution center environment? 
• At least one (1) year of work experience operating stationary power equipment such as palletizers, conveyors, hoists, and stackers, mills or farm/construction equipment? 
• At least one (1) year of work experience operating mobile power equipment such as lift trucks, tow motors or pallet handling equipment, order pickers, high lifts, forklifts, or cherry pickers?
