Role and Responsibilities 

• Provide analysis for highly complex programs, formulate logic for new Java/JSP and Dojo widget-based applications related to FileNet and perform the development.
• Provides analysis of problems and recommends solutions.
• Prioritize and resolve immediate technical issues, as well as work toward longer term projects.
• Prepare operating procedures documentation.
• Provide updates, status, and completion information to managers and/or users.
• Flexible and willing to work after hours or on weekends for urgent tasks.

Minimum Qualification

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Enterprise Content Management application development including Integration services / web services using the FileNet P8 APIs
• IBM Content Navigator (ICN) or IBM Case Manager involving customization of search, filters, custom plugins – services, filters and UI

Preferred Qualification

• Knowledge of FileNet P8 Platform Core Components and Base Products like: IBM Content Manager, IBM FileNet P8 platform, IBM Case Manager, IBM Content Navigator, IBM Enterprise Records, Plugin development.
• Knowledge of workflow system concepts, in-baskets and roles.
• Knowledge of Object Stores, Taxonomy, Documents, Properties, Choice List, Subscriptions, Inherited Security.
• Knowledge of json, dojo, java, EDS, Plugins, widgets including integrating custom widgets and business rules and customizing case manager widgets.
• Knowledge of Websphere (WAS), Administration Console for Content Platform Engine, Content Search Services, Case Analyzer.
• Proficient with SQL Server/SQL Queries.
• Experience utilizing tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub, TFS and Jira to track stories, tasks, defects, feature requests and code.
• Experience with SSL certificate management (java keytool / IBM iKeyman).
• Experience with Kofax Capture or IBM DataCap.
• Ability to configure an HTML5-based image viewer.
