Your Responsibilities
As an Aftermarket & Customer Support Coordinator for Deere & Company World Headquarters located in Moline, IL, you will provide proactive administrative support (planning, scheduling, and booking travel arrangements) to multiple leaders across multiple functions. In addition, you will:
- Coordinate and provide support to multiple large conferences and meeting events
- Create and maintain purchase orders for multiple departments
- Provide support in monthly communications and reporting activities

What Skills You Need
- 4 or more years of administrative experience such as scheduling, planning, coordinating events
- 4 or more years of experience in using Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Access, Project, and other Microsoft tools
- 4 or more years of experience maintaining confidential data
- 4 or more years of experience writing, formatting, and editing internal and external communication, including creating and editing tables, columns, and charts
What Makes You Stand Out
- Experience with factory tours or large customer events
- Experience creating and maintaining SharePoint sites
- Previous communication or marketing experience
Education
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Communications discipline or equivalent related work experience
