Your Mission

As a Senior Payments Consultant - Order-to-Cash (m/f/d), you will advise our clients along the full order-to-cash value chain — from checkout optimization and payment orchestration to reconciliation, invoicing, and collections. You bring deep, hands-on payments experience and help shape Riverty’s growing consulting practice.

 

What You’ll Do

• Lead strategic consulting projects across the order-to-cash process, including payment setup, fraud prevention, reconciliation, and receivables
• Design tailored solutions covering PSP selection, authorization rate improvement, risk scoring, accounting and recovery workflows
• Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients and manage cross-functional teams internally
• Support business development and contribute to building Riverty’s consulting portfolio
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and finance teams to align client needs with our solutions

 

What You Bring

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in the payments industry (e.g. PSP, acquirer, merchant, consultancy, or fintech)
• Proven expertise in order-to-cash processes, including reconciliation, settlement, and dunning
• Experience leading client engagements and managing stakeholders at all levels
• Strong analytical and solution-oriented mindset
• Fluent in English (German is a plus)
