We are currently hiring an IT Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team.

Location: Remote (Maryland/Virginia)

Start Date: Immediate

Clearance: U.S. Citizenship required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full life cycle recruiting to bring high-caliber candidates to join the team, including:
• Work with technical subject matter experts and hiring managers to accurately define the Job Descriptions, required skills, and technical requirements for new positions.
• Screen, source, and manage the candidate flow and end-to-end interview process.
• Negotiate compensation and close candidates.
• Manage the ATS to maintain a resume database of high-quality pipeline candidates in the areas of planned hiring.
• Develop effective recruiting and sourcing strategies for difficult-to-find skill sets based on the position requirements.
• Proactively manage hiring needs and deadlines with the management team.

 Required Skills:

• 3-5 years’ experience in technical recruiting for government contract positions.
• Demonstrated success and track record
• Excellent Internet sourcing skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in conducting cold calls both for recruiting and research purposes
• Past experience recruiting a wide variety of technical roles, preferred experience in the engineering disciplines in theInformation Technology sector.
• Experience with Paylocity
