As a leader within the Power DT Engineering organization, you will shape the future of Digital Plant Design by leading the vision, strategy, and execution of our Digital Plant Design (DPD) application portfolio. As a key partner to Engineering leadership, you will drive innovation, manage critical vendor relationships, and ensure seamless delivery of transformative digital solutions to our customers and stakeholders.

Job Description
What you’ll do
Partner with Engineering leadership to define and execute the Digital Plant Design vision and strategy, aligning with business goals and customer needs.
Lead the Digital Plant Design application portfolio and own the execution of the DPD roadmap, ensuring alignment with technology and business priorities.
Track and monitor program status, metrics, and milestones; ensure delivery commitments from internal and external partners are met.
Present leadership updates to GEV executive sponsors, leadership, and customers, clearly articulating progress, risks, and opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define future technology platforms and architecture for products and services.
Manage the relationship with our Digital Plant Design software vendor, Aveva, ensuring strategic alignment and value delivery.
Provide day-to-day direction and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
Proactively communicate requirements, timelines, and stakeholder needs to resolve conflicting priorities and drive consensus.
What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math), with significant years of IT professional experience, along with established leadership credentials across product lines, or equivalent knowledge or experience .
Proven experience in delivering cross-functional transformation programs.

Highly effective communicator with experience in presenting and interacting with senior leadership.
Demonstrated experience in relationship management inclusive of varied and complex stakeholder needs, collaborative and innovative vendor partner relationships, and influencing change across matrixed organizations.
Expertise with Lean and SAFe/Agile. Demonstrated understanding of Agile principles and tools used for effective team and work management.
