Warehouse Storeperson

We are looking for a versatile Warehouse Storeperson to join the team on permanent full-time basis. This role involves some warehouse operations and manual handling task; however, you may be required to assist in the showroom at times, experience in retail sales is advantageous.

The Opportunity

• Picking and loading deliveries and pickups for customers
• Delivering orders to customers
• Receiving and unloading stock deliveries from suppliers
• Data entry, invoicing and receipt of stock
• Maintaining accurate stock records and data entry
• Cycle counts and stock takes
• Ensuring the warehouse is kept clean, tidy and safe at all times
• Greet and acknowledge customers in a timely manner
• Assist customers with sales enquiries and product selection

Skills & Experience

• Forklift License advantageous
• Manual driver's License required
• Full working rights
• Experience in sales and customer service
• Proficiency in English
• Understanding of warehouse procedures, paperwork and computer programs
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable, hardworking and punctual
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects
