Iris Telehealth is seeking a PMHNP licensed in New York to provide care to patients in an outpatient Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) setting for 40 hours per week. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team at one of Iris’s behavioral healthcare partners, expanding access to quality care.

You'll be able to collaborate with experts in psychiatry, neurology, and psychology, and be supported by an experienced administrative team—so you can focus on what matters most: patient care.

About the Role

Setting: 100% Remote | Outpatient CCBHC in New York
Schedule: 40 hours/week | Flexible (8 or 10 hour shifts) within business hours of 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST
Patient Population: Ages 5+ (approximately 50% children/adolescents, 50% adults)
Acuity: Full spectrum
Appointments:
- 90 minutes for initial evaluations (children/adolescents)
- 60 minutes for initial evaluations (adults)
- 30 minutes for follow-up visits (all ages)

Collaborative Environment: Work closely with a multidisciplinary care team to provide comprehensive behavioral health services across all age groups and acuity levels.
No on-call duties required!

Qualifications: 

Proven prescribing experience as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
An active PMHNP-BC license in the state of New York is required
Availability (40 hours per week) during EST business hours
Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels
Telehealth experience preferred (experience using EMR syste
