Field Service Manager
Invinity Energy SystemsAbout the role
Company Description
The energy transition means, fundamentally, a push toward electrification using renewable energy. Renewable energy’s intermittent nature is tamed by energy storage, and not just any storage, but large-scale, long-duration and robust stationary energy storage. That’s where Invinity comes in. We make flow batteries that store energy in a liquid electrolyte containing vanadium. Invinity’s vanadium flow batteries are highly advanced versions of this proven technology.
Invinity is deploying large-scale projects in Southern California, throughout the US, and internationally. We are looking for a technical manager with electrical or mechanical experience to lead our US-based service team and to support and manage the customers’ contractors who do servicing work on customer sites. This is not solely an office role as the Manager is expected to be onsite solving problems and providing technical and operational guidance to ensure products continue to deliver customer satisfaction. You will work closely with internal teams such as Field Services, Product Development, Solutions and Customer Operations teams, as well as external contractors and customers.
