Wax Center Partners, a proud franchisee of European Wax Center, is looking for vibrant and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Guest Experience Associates.  In this role, you'll be the face of the center—welcoming guests, educating them on our services and products, and creating an environment where Unapologetic Confidence thrives.

What You’ll Do

• Greet every guest with warmth, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm.
• Educate guests on our services, retail products, and Wax Passes to enhance their experience and meet sales goals.
• Partner with our expert Wax Specialists to ensure smooth guest flow and a seamless service experience.
• Conduct community outreach to invite new and returning guests into the center.
• Contribute to a fun, goal-driven environment that celebrates teamwork and success.

Requirements

Experience & Skills

• 1 year of sales and customer service experience preferred (beauty or retail industry is a plus)
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Ability to open and close the center responsibly — this is a key holder role
• Self-motivated, outgoing, and personable with a positive attitude and team spirit
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays
• Commitment to maintaining a polished, professional appearance at all times

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, kneel, or crouch for extended periods during a shift
• Frequent use of hands and arms for typing, handling products, and assisting guests
• Occasionally required to lift or move up to 50 pounds (e.g., stock boxes or supplies)
