• Busy practice with instant volume

• Solo practice with support from 1 Physician and 3 ARNP’s from Forest City clinic

• Traditional outpatient family medicine

• 1:5 call

• Located 40 minutes from MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center- Mason City, a 342-bed regional referral teaching hospital- named Top 100 Hospital nationally

Candidates

• BC as an ARNP or PA; must be able to obtain an Iowa medical license, DEA, and CSA as well as MercyOne North Iowa medical staff privileges

• Experience as an APP is highly preferred
