Your New Role: 
The Senior Network Engineer will be responsible for working with the Operations and Engineering Teams in support of strategic improvements of the global network platform focusing on the Burbank Studios network fabric. The individual will be continually evaluating processes and technology solutions to ensure expected outcomes are achieved in the most efficient way whilst documenting any improvements to help ensure standards and processes are followed.  

Working closely with studio operational teams, internal and external productions and studio-based clients to ensure that individual requirements are satisfied.  The Senior Infrastructure Engineer will also be responsible for working on large studio focused projects and will be responsible for individual contributions to budgets and schedules, all while ensuring that quality and business agility needs are fully addressed.  

Your Role Accountabilities: 

OPERATIONS/PROJECT MANAGEMENT/ENGINEERING 

• Support WBD Burbank Studio network infrastructure and related services 24*7 by responding to and resolving all service requests and trouble tickets within a stipulated SLA time 

• Work directly with production and studio tenants to ensure the network is delivered to specific needs 

• Collaborate on network infrastructure modernization and expansion projects in an engineering and design role. 

• Documentation of operational configuration changes and process improvements 

• Perform other duties as needed 

 Qualifications & Experiences: 

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in network engineering in an enterprise network production environment 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or similar preferred  

• Advanced knowledge of Arista network vxlan fabrics required
