What You’ll Do

• Assist customers—both in person and over the phone—with selecting the correct parts and accessories for their vehicles
• Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to ensure accurate and timely parts fulfillment
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations based on customer needs and vehicle requirements
• Maintain accurate inventory levels through proper stocking, tracking, and ordering
• Keep the parts department organized, clean, and efficient for daily operations

• Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment
• A genuine interest in automotive parts and a willingness to learn
• Previous automotive or retail experience preferred, but not required

Requirements

• Parts experience a plus
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds. 
• Retail experience
• Proficient with computers and inventory management software 
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds. 
• Current and valid Driver License
