Responsibilities & Qualifications
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as a subject matter expert in specific business processes, formulating system scope and objectives that align with the organization’s business plan and industry standards.
- Collaborate with project teams to provide technical guidance on the business implications of applying various systems.
- Support the development, documentation, and improvement of processes across the enterprise.
- Analyze and translate business requirements into system specifications that meet Department of Defense (DoD) lifecycle and acquisition management requirements.
- Ensure system and process alignment with DoD policies, including DoD 5000.1, 5000.2, and the DoD Guidebook.
- Utilize ARIS system engineering tools and SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) products to support planning and execution.
- Support reporting and documentation using the Defense Acquisition Management Information Retrieval (DAMIR) System reporting format for DAES OSD reports.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation and presentations to communicate project objectives, milestones, and performance.
- Use Microsoft Suite tools (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Project) to develop reports, briefings, and tracking tools that support program and project management.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience
- Minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience in business process analysis, systems integration, or project management within a DoD environment.
- Experience with DoD lifecycle management, PPBE processes, and SAP ERP products.
- Experience with ARIS system engineering tools and DAMIR reporting.
- DoD 5000.1, 5000.2 and Guidebook.
- Must have experience with MS Suite
Certifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent recognized Project Management certification.
- Relevant certification from a nationally recognized authority.
Clearance
- Secret – IT-II (Tier 3) Non-Critical Sensitive Clearance with a favorable NACLC.
