Job title: Senior Data Modeler (SDM)
Location: Trenton, NJ

Short Desc: Design & implement modern data models (relational, dimensional, star, snowflake, data lake) for Judiciary using DB2, Redshift, DynamoDB, Postgres, S3. Extendable role.

Key Req (8+ yrs Data Modeling):

• Req: 8 yrs DB modeling (DB2, Redshift, DynamoDB, Postgres, SQL Server)
• Req: 6 yrs data modeling tools
• Req: 3 yrs AWS/cloud
• Req: 8 yrs complex SQL + data profiling
• Req: 8 yrs source data analysis & referential integrity
• Req: 2 yrs building Data Lakes (structured/unstructured)
• Nice: 4 yrs DB tuning
• Edu: 4-yr degree or equiv.

Must Have:

• 3+ yrs Big Data tech
• Snowflake exp (pref.)
• Logical → physical model translation
• Reverse engineering (DB2/SQL)
• Std naming/coding practices
• Pega app integration
• Excellent comm + indep work

Tasks: Translate biz needs → models, optimize DW/DataMart, reverse engineer, ensure data quality, collaborate w/ BI/dev teams.
