Job Description

• You take full responsibility for all construction projects of all your teams and are always in close contact with them  
• You ensure the on-time completion of your construction projects, turning customers into fans 
• You resolve problems for your teams and work closely with other departments to do so 
• You ensure your teams' compliance with our construction standards and work safety via personal site visits  
• You have an entrepreneurial view on the construction projects and ensure a cost-efficient way of working for your teams

Qualifications

The listed requirements do not have to be 100% fulfilled, but serve as an orientation for your profile. 

• You are fluent in English and Romanian or Bosnian or Polish or other related languages 
• You have an understanding of the construction industry and construction site processes 
• You have already gained 2 years of work experience in the trades, in construction or site supervision or comparable activity (e.g. shift management) e.g. German Meister (Handwerk)
• You can coordinate personnel and are strong in communication with colleagues and partners 
• You have a basic understanding of economics and know how to work cost-efficiently  
• You are flexible and willing to travel extensively within Germany and work outdoors 
• You have versatile problem-solving skills, have a strong willingness to perform/learn and a hands-on mentality 
• You have a driver's license 
• You have a basic knowledge in EDP (electronic data processing)
