What You'll Do:

• Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities
  
  
• Promote the development of self-esteem, social skills, and a love of learning
  
  
• Support play, exploration, and hands-on learning experiences
  
  
• Communicate professionally with families and colleagues
  
  
• Collaborate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
  
  

Qualifications:

• Meets MSDE/OCC Teacher requirements (90-hour certificate)
  
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Education (preferred)
  
  
• At least 1 year of classroom experience (preferred)
  
  
• Strong knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices
  
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
  
• CPR, CDA, or other relevant certifications (preferred)
  
  

Schedule:
Monday to Friday | 8-hour shifts

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting at $18/hour+ (commensurate with experience & qualifications)
