Markets &amp; IT major activities are energy management for Statkraft’s asset fleet, analysis, trading &amp; origination, and IT. </p><p>Digitalization Office Finance &amp; Risk serves as the main interface between business area Finance &amp; Risk and IT globally. The department centralizes digitalization activities for Finance &amp; Risk. This includes providing process excellence for core processes within Markets &amp; IT, overseeing the functional system architecture as well as ensuring Finance &amp; Risk strategy and ambitions are met through Finance &amp; Risk projects and initiatives. Further part of the scope is to governance excellence for selected ETRM systems used in Finance &amp; Risk along with respective system/ product ownership.<br/>We are expanding our scope and are looking for a product owner (m/f/d) for a well-established Energy Data Management system, supporting asset management, contract management, portfolio nomination, reconciliation, and settlement of the physical trading activities in the Nordic.</p><p><strong>Your role: </strong><br/>As Senior System Specialist (business side) you will be part of the Digitalization Office team for Finance &amp; Risk. In close collaboration with IT, you will take the product owner role for a well-established Energy Data Management system. This includes duties around build-up and execution of governance structures incl. system board meetings, setting up and managing enhancement processes, providing key user training, aligning product roadmap and budget with IT as well as driving change management related activities. <strong>in particular you will:</strong></p><ul><li>Take the product owner role on business side, incl. build-up and operationalization of respective governance structures</li><li>Take lead on backlog management and roadmap planning, prioritize resources to these deliveries and collect requirements from key stakeholders</li><li>Be responsible for change management incl. focus on governance, internal controls and drive for consistency and documentation</li><li>Manage the relationship and communication with all stakeholders, ensuring system enhancements are delivered to their satisfaction</li><li>Establish, enable, and engage the super user network by coaching them on their role and providing respective training</li><li>Ensure a proactive and close dialogue with IT, process owners, project managers as well as other key stakeholders across Statkraft</li><li>Collaborate with IT and other key stakeholders across Statkraft to provide operational support for the system</li><li>In close collaboration with IT, take care of yearly budget process as well as the product roadmap, by collaborating with the system board and following up on service costs</li><li>Ensure compliance to internal and external regulations and security measures</li><li>Where applicable, support IT on key activities around vendor management</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Higher education in Finance, economics, or engineering with strong academic results</li><li>Several years of relevant working experience in the energy market – hands on experience with <strong>Brady Energy trading solutions</strong> will be advantageous</li><li>A true passion for problem-solving and for building the bridge between IT and business</li><li>High degree of service orientation and good stakeholder management skills along with respective communication skills</li><li>High level of agility to operate in and adapt to volatile environments with a hands-on mentality and a clear “can-do” attitude</li><li>Reliable team player with openness to continuous learning and improvement</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in<strong> Norwegian and English;</strong> German is beneficial</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>A career with Statkraft is a career filled
