Our client specializes in the following throughout London:
Sale and purchase of properties, including off-market properties
Long and short term letting of properties
Property management, including vacant property management
Block management and guaranteed rent services.
About the Role
We are looking for an efficient, organised, and self-motivated UK Property Management Admin Assistant with a positive outlook, ready to bring their expertise to an enthusiastic start-up environment. They will need to have a sound and logical approach, decision-making skills, and strong ability to communicate.
What you’ll do
Ensure the efficient day-to-day running of the company and its management systems, including projects to improve ways of working and organization.
General administrative duties, such as answering calls and emails, monitoring the calendar, and updating the database.
Ensure that management of properties are executed in a cost effective and timely fashion.
Sourcing of quotations and coordinating of contractors for both the property management and block management side of the business.
Financial reconciliations and invoicing.
Support with initiatives and marketing; manage social media presence.
Assist the managers with daily tasks, errands, and plans.
Offer top-notch customer service.
Research as required.
Requirements
What You Bring
At least 3-4 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant in UK estate agencies.
Conscientious, proactive, self-motivated, and with a strong work ethic.
Good at fast-paced thinking, multi-tasking, and logical reasoning.
Ability to focus on goal-directed activities executed within deadlines.
Capable of working individually or as a team member.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Enthusiastic, dependable, punctual, and trustworthy.
Excellent English language ability both spoken and written.
A proficient Microsoft office user (High level of Microsoft Excel ability desirable)
Previous experience working in an administrative capacity (desirable, but not essential criteria)
Previous experience working in an estate agency-based role (desirable, but not essential criteria)
