Load Runner team seeks hard working, motivated, deadline driven individual to further develop the load testing protocols as part of a newly created team in Cluj-Napoca.

 

You are great at

 

• Developing and enhancing the product, predominantly in C++ while also integrating with other advanced technologies like .NET Core.
• Working with Kafka and InfluxDB.
• Participates in creating new products and services.
• Working smoothly with local and remote multi-geo R&D and non-R&D teams, while keeping high visibility and effective communication.
• Working according to high execution standards, while adhering to project goals and insuring high quality.

 

What it takes 

 

• 5+ years of experience in software development
• Outstanding technological orientation - ability to learn, analyze and troubleshoot various technologies.
• Kafka knowledge is a big plus.
• Strong customer and service orientation.
• Owner, responsible and result driven.
• Strong application architecture understanding.
• Strong communication skills to oversee personnel and foster collaboration with other organizational departments.
• Successfully manage the daily challenges of a technical environment.
• Fluent in English.
