Requirements:
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team at Idlewild Creek, a 215 unit conventional senior apartment community in Cornwall, NY. This position involves performing repairs and maintenance on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and appliances, as well as addressing work orders, conducting preventative maintenance to ensure the property remains in excellent condition. The Maintenance Technician will also assist with apartment turnovers, maintain the grounds and common areas, and respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed.

Requirements
To thrive in this role:
1+ years prior experience as a Maintenance Technician at a multi-family apartment community of 100+ units
Experience and knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repair
Employees must supply their own hand tools and possess knowledge and skills in the safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, mechanical equipment and measuring devices.
Superior customer service, attention to detail, and time management skills
Dynamic self-starter who enjoys working with others and excels in a faced paced team-oriented environment
Must be able to respond to after hour emergencies as needed and participate in on-call rotation
Must have valid driver's license
