Job Description:Anomali is seeking a seasoned Principal Product Manager of Content and Training to lead the strategy, development, and productization of both training content and cybersecurity knowledge assets. This role focuses on creating sellable, university-style training programs that cater to diverse customer needs while integrating content management capabilities that support Anomali’s product offerings. You will be responsible for defining the content and training roadmap, developing and packaging learning solutions, and ensuring the seamless delivery of content across multiple formats. The Principal Product Manager will act as a key advisor in driving the content strategy and training initiatives, guiding the full lifecycle from concept to market delivery. You will work cross-functionally with UX, engineering, marketing, and external partners to create relevant, innovative content that enhances our SIEM and security analytics platform.
Key Responsibilities
•Content and Training Strategy: Define and drive the content and training strategy for Anomali’s product offerings, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market needs.•Productization of Training: Develop, package, and market comprehensive training programs into sellable SKUs. Design training paths that cater to all levels of expertise from beginner to advanced, focusing on SIEM, cybersecurity, and threat intelligence.•End-to-End Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle for content and training programs, from strategic planning and introduction to market through to end-of-life management. Lead content development efforts across various formats, including certifications, online courses, instructor-led training, and self-paced modules.•Customer and Market Research: Gather and document market requirements through customer and partner interviews. Perform market and competitive analysis to inform content strategy and training needs.•Collaboration with UX and Engineering: Develop personas, use cases, and user stories for training and content features. Collaborate closely with UX and engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of content that meets market demands.•Content and Training Delivery: Create and execute scalable content delivery mechanisms, such as learning management systems (LMS), certification platforms, and integrated product-based training solutions.•Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, including marketing, engineering, and customer success, to ensure cohesive product launches and content strategy execution. Drive consensus on priorities and solutions among team members and senior leadership.•Training Formats and Certification Programs: Design certification pathways and structured learning tracks for cybersecurity professionals, with assessments and hands-on learning projects.•Metrics and Optimization: Establish KPIs to measure content effectiveness, customer satisfaction, completion rates, and revenue growth. Continuously iterate and improve the training and content offerings based on data-driven insights.
QualificationsRequired Skills/Experience:
•7+ years of relevant industry experience in product management, with a focus on content and training development, particularly in cybersecurity, SIEM, or related technical fields.•Deep understanding of SIEMs, cybersecurity operations, and security analytics.•Hands-on experience with content management systems, instructional design, and adult learning methodologies.•Strong leadership skills with proven experienc
