What you'll do...

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and cost monitoring for multiple projects within a program.
• Define program goals, deliverables, and schedules, creating accountability matrices and decomposing programs into actionable modules.
• Support technology stakeholders, translate business needs into project activities, and align solutions with overall strategy.
• Build consensus among diverse stakeholders, communicate complex information clearly, and foster productive relationships.
• Lead program estimation, risk assessment, and scenario planning to ensure successful delivery and resource optimization.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven expertise in financial management, budgeting, and program monitoring tools.
• Strong knowledge of program management techniques, benefits analysis, and planning frameworks.
• Ability to navigate technology landscapes, develop business cases, and connect domain needs with solutions.
• Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in business operations, KPI assessment, and driving organizational planning processes.
