The Business Acceleration function plays a critical role in ensuring the alignment and execution of these priorities—translating strategic vision into actionable operational plans that deliver measurable results.

About the Role

Reporting to the Director of Vehicles Strategy & Operations, the Business Acceleration Lead will own the operational acceleration roadmap for the Vehicles business and serve as the leader responsible for ensuring growth initiatives are effectively prioritized, executed, measured, and optimized.

This role will be responsible for identifying and developing new operational growth levers, and driving accountability across a complex network of stakeholders. The individual will operate as a trusted advisor to Vehicles leadership while directly managing a portfolio of commercial initiatives designed to accelerate GMV growth, customer acquisition, dealer engagement, monetization, and marketplace performance.

Success in this role requires strong strategic thinking, exceptional business acumen, operational rigor, and the ability to influence senior leaders across the organization.

What You will Accomplish

  • Strategic Growth Portfolio Ownership: Own the end-to-end acceleration of the commercial roadmap supporting the Vehicles business.  Identify, evaluate and prioritize operational growth initiatives. Build business cases, define investment priorities and recommend resource allocation to maximize growth and deliver programs. Serve as the central point of coordination across business partners.

  • Lead Commercial Ideation: Drive operational excellence with operating teams through structured planning, stakeholder alignment, risk management and performance tracking of initiatives. Remove organizational barriers, resolve complex issues and ensure initiatives remain on track to deliver expected financial outcomes.

  • Executive Influence & Leadership: Act as a thought partner to senior Vehicles leaders and cross-functional partners.  Develop executive-ready recommendations and decision frameworks that drive alignment and accelerate efficient program launches.

What You Will Bring

  • 7+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, category management, consulting, corporate strategy, commercial operations, or a related field.

  • Proven ability to lead large-scale cross-functional programs across multiple stakeholders and organizations.

  • Strong experience developing business cases, operating plans, and executive-level recommendations.

  • Outstanding communication and executive presentation skills, including experience influencing senior leadership audiences.
