As a Quality Technician on 3rd shift, you will be part of a dedicated, experienced, and high‑performing team at our Grand Rapids site. You will support manufacturing operations by reviewing potential nonconformances, executing product and material containment activities, and supporting material disposition decisions.
Working closely with cross‑functional partners, you will help ensure compliance with regulatory and company requirements while delivering results the right way—supporting the production of life‑changing medical devices that improve patient lives worldwide. Available Shifts include:
3rd Shift: 10:30pm-6:30am Su-Thurs
Overtime is required based on business needs.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Performs analyses, inspection, and tests of raw materials, packaging materials, quantitative assays on samples, and/or finished products from manufacturing, to ensure quality standards and compliance to customer and regulatory requirements, and tolerance specifications for the chemical or physical property.
- Performs a variety of qualitative tests or qualitative assays on samples, and to aid in maintenance and certification of test instruments and apparatus to ensure compliance.
- Performs required inspections, checks, analysis and documentation of studies.
- Performs physical containment of nonconforming materials and products to prevent unintended use.
- Prepares and monitors quality statistics and reports.
- Reviews production records for conformance to procedures.
- Conducts non-conformance tests of manufactured, packaged or tested product.
Required Knowledge and Experience: Requires high school diploma or equivalent and 0 years of experience required.

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Operations Incentive Plan (OIP).The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California.
