Are you the person who thrives on keeping complex priorities organized, anticipating needs before they arise, and helping leaders perform at their best? If so, this Executive Assistant opportunity may be the perfect fit.

We're looking for a highly organized, proactive, and trusted professional to serve as a key partner to our Vice President of Support Services. In this role, you'll do far more than manage calendars—you'll be at the center of important initiatives, helping drive communication, coordination, and operational excellence across the organization.

Every day brings variety and purpose. You'll support executive decision-making, coordinate critical projects, manage confidential information with discretion, and collaborate with teams across the organization to help move strategic priorities forward. From supporting a transformative campus project to coordinating operational and financial processes, your work will have a direct impact on our mission and the people we serve.

Key Areas of Impact

Keep Leadership Moving

  • Manage executive calendars and priorities
  • Coordinate meetings, agendas, materials, and follow-up actions
  • Prepare professional communications, reports, and presentations
  • Maintain organized and confidential records

Support Operations & Finances

  • Assist with payroll and timekeeping processes
  • Review expenses, credit card statements, and purchase orders
  • Coordinate lease renewals, agreements, and financial tracking
  • Help ensure smooth day-to-day departmental operations

Drive Projects Forward

  • Support key organizational initiatives and strategic projects
  • Help coordinate efforts related to campus growth and development
  • Conduct research and prepare information for leadership decision-making

Connect People & Teams

  • Serve as a go-to resource across departments
  • Foster communication and collaboration among leaders and teams
  • Provide backup support to executive assistants and department leaders
  • Assist with reporting and tracking for special programs and initiatives

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

    High School degree or GED required.  Associates degree in secretarial science preferred.  A minimum of five years’ executive secretarial/administrative experience required, preferably supporting senior leadership.

    All positions require a clear background check and drug screen upon conditional offer.
