Supply Planning Lead, LTO

Overview
This individual will focus on leading the day to day activities that are associated with Event Planning & Execution. In this role, they will lead the supply planning management of various menu item promotions, new product rollouts, market level tests, product depletions and conversions, and packaging initiatives. This position will require frequent interaction with all levels of personnel and management and is expected to exhibit subject matter expertise and professional behavior consistent with Chick-fil-A, Inc core values.
Responsibilities
- Supports the development, implementation, and execution of supply plans
- Develops production and inventory management plans of promotional items, new product rollouts, and product market tests
- Builds consensus throughout the organization on inventory strategy for new and limited time menu offerings including clear launch, replenishment, and exit strategies
- Drives alignment across the organization on actions needed to support the inventory strategy
- Manages the supply plan replenishment process across suppliers, distribution centers and restaurants
- Performs data gathering and analysis as necessary to support supply chain decisions including metrics and measures reporting
- Provides visibility to various stakeholders via management of consistent and timely data reporting and communication
- Cultivates, supports, and maintains collaborative internal and external relationships
- Drives continuous improvement of supply processes
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a relevant discipline
- 5+ years’ experience in a Supply Chain, analytics, or business-related field
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally
- Ability to ask relevant questions and offer pragmatic solutions
- High attention to detail and analytical curiosity/thought leadership
Presentation skills, with focus on influencing decision-makers across multiple functional areas
Data management, reporting, analytics or visualization experience a plus
Ability to manage and prioritize different tasks, effectively balance priorities, and be accepting of ambiguity
Demonstrated ability to solve problems and come up with alternative solutions
Relationship builder with a highly collaborative style, who has the ability to develop and maintain relationships quickly
Strong emotional intelligence with the ability to read situations quickly and act appropriately
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of food service industry landscape, including current industry challenges
- Previous demand / supply planning experience
- Microsoft Power BI or Tableau experience
- Experience with JDA or similar supply planning platforms
- S&OP experience
- Project Management
