You’ll be working in the Global Banking team in San Francisco, CA.
Your expertise
Education & Experience Requirement
• This position requires a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, or related field of study.
Alternate Education & Experience Requirement
• The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, or related field of study plus two (2) years of experience in the job offered or as an Investment Banking Associate, Product Development Engineer, Design Engineer, or related occupation in lieu of a Master's degree.
Position requires experience with the following:
• providing strategic advice on mergers and acquisitions and capital raisings; performing equity and debt capital raising, including Initial Public Offerings (IPOs)
• preparing internal committee memos; reviewing and assessing proposed financial transactions
• conducting bond and loan placements; performing complex financial analyses, valuations, financial modelling, industry research, and competitive analyses
• performing financial due diligence; conducting strategic financial rationale analyses
• conducting and running sale processes; financial toolkits including FactSet, Bloomberg, Refinitiv, Pitchbook, 451 Research and Capital IQ

Salary information
US Only: The expected salary range for this role is: $175,000 to $225,000 based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. Please see «Your role» section for detailed salary information.
