This role is more than just coding. As a senior full-stack developer at Booz Allen, you’ll use your passion to master new tools and techniques and identify needed system improvements. You’ll help clients overcome their most difficult challenges using the latest architectural approaches, tools, and technologies. You’ll make sure the solution developed by the team considers the current architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements.

You Have: 

• 5+ years of experience with applying agile software development to modernize systems

• 5+ years of experience with relational database design, including SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.

• 5+ years of experience with web development frameworks, including Angular, React, or Vue.js

• 5+ years of experience with microservices and containerization, including Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm charts

• Experience with designing applications that follow the MVC design pattern

• Experience with object-oriented programming in Java, C#, or C++

• Experience with rapid prototyping

• Experience with Agile and Scrum project management, including cost and time estimates

• Secret clearance 

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Mathematics

Nice If You Have: 

• Experience with government cloud services provided by AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Experience with DevSecOps

• Ability to communicate complex problems and innovative solutions to non-technical clients and audiences

• Ability to lead teams of software engineers

• Ability to manage and mentor employees in both firm and technical competencies

• Master’s degree
