THE JOB:

As a Garde Manger, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting cold dishes with precision and artistry. From creating salads and charcuterie boards to crafting emulsions and salad dressings, your expertise will ensure our events leave a lasting impression on our guests.

THE STARTING RATE: $25.3025

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Prepare and set up food lines with items such as salads, appetizers, charcuterie, fresh fruit platters, and baskets of fruit.
• Ensure consistent quality and quantity in food production.
• Work efficiently at the cold station.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of cold station walk-ins and reach-ins.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• At least 21 years of age or older.
• Strong knife skills and ability to execute precise cuts.
• Expertise in emulsifications, dressings, and salad preparation.
• Proficient in building charcuterie boards and plating cold dishes with artistic detail.
• Familiarity with mechanical slicers, mixers, and Hobart equipment.
